Are all bracelets handmade?

Yes! Sarah-Jane personally handcrafts every single bracelet with care and attention to detail.

Will my bracelet look exactly like the picture?

No two bracelets are ever exactly the same. While the style and color palette will be similar, each piece is one-of-a-kind, making your bracelet truly unique.

What materials do you use?

Each bracelet is made with durable, high-quality stretchy elastic and premium Czech glass beads for lasting beauty and comfort.

How do I know my bracelet size?

The easiest way is to measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper, then choose the size that’s closest to your measurement. Standard bracelet sizes are:

  • Small: 6.5 inches

  • Medium: 7 inches (most common size)

  • Large: 7.5 inches

If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser/tighter fit, we recommend sizing up or down accordingly.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! Custom sizing is available so your bracelet fits perfectly. Simply provide your wrist measurement when placing your order.

How do I take care of my bracelet?

Your bracelet is designed to be durable for everyday wear. To help it last longer, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. While many customers wear them daily (even to sleep or shower), we suggest treating them gently to preserve their look and elasticity.

Will the elastic stretch out?

Over time, the elastic may loosen slightly with regular wear, but it is made from strong, flexible, high-quality material designed to last.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each bracelet is handmade to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but typically do not take long once your order is sent out.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently only ship within the U.S.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your bracelet! If you need to return it, we happily accept returns—just note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

What if my bracelet breaks?

Bracelets are pretty durable, but if yours happens to break within the first 90 days, we’ll gladly send you a one-time replacement. You’ll just need to cover the postage and share a quick photo or proof that it broke.

Can I request specific colors or patterns?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Just reach out via email or text with your ideas, and we’ll be happy to work with you to design something special.

Do you make matching sets?

Yes! We can create matching bracelets, stacks, or sets—perfect for friends, family, or special occasions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We can beautifully wrap your bracelet for an extra fee—just a small touch to make your gift even more special.

Can I include a personalized note?

Of course! You can include a custom note with your gift, free of charge.
