Welcome to Simply Sarah Jane! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

• All orders are processed securely through our website.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax.

• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Handmade Bracelets

• Every bracelet is handcrafted by me, Sarah Jane, which means slight variations in color, pattern, or size may occur.

• Each bracelet is unique, so what you receive may differ slightly from the photos—but that’s part of the charm!

Shipping

• All orders are shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

• Tracking is included with every order.

• We currently ship only within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

• If your bracelet breaks within the first 90 days, we will send a one-time replacement. You’ll need to cover postage and provide a photo or proof that it broke.

Custom Orders

• Custom colors, patterns, and sets are available. Contact us via email or text to discuss your ideas.

Gift Options

• Gift wrapping is available for an additional $5.

• Personalized notes are included free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

• Simply Sarah-Jane is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Bracelets are intended for general fashion purposes only.
